Do customers need to ask for a quote, book a service or buy a product? Tell us which actions matter and where people seem to get stuck.

For a new site, bring that brief. For an existing site, bring the link too. If your IT team or procurement team needs to review the work, include their requirements before asking for a quote.

Agree on the work before building starts

The written scope should name the pages and functions included, what you need to supply and where your team will review the work.
