Pricing
How pricing works
Start by finding out what needs doing. A repair is a different job from a rebuild. A scoped quote in RM gives you the proposed work and price to review before deciding.
Why there is no fixed package price
Sites that look similar can need different work. One may have a limited fault. Another may need new content, missing account access or changes to how customers buy.
The scope needs to explain what should stay, what needs changing and what you will supply. Those details let you judge the price against the actual job.
For SEO and ads, be clear about the work you are asking for. A deeper review and implementation are paid work.
What needs to be clear before a quote?
These questions help define the work.
What can stay?
Existing pages, content and working features may still be useful. Explain what works now and what no longer meets your needs. Don't assume everything has to be replaced.
What must the site do?
Asking for an enquiry, taking an order and connecting to another business system are different jobs. Name the functions you need and who will use them.
What can you supply?
Copy, photos, product details and account access belong in the scope. Say what is ready and what you need help preparing so the quote can address it.
What does the marketing work include?
Name the channels, pages and reporting you need. Ask the quote to distinguish service fees from ad spend and to identify work that falls outside the scope.
Check, quote, decide, start
Start with a link if the problem is unclear. Bring a brief if you already know what needs doing.

Send your website link. Within 2 working days, we WhatsApp you a short scorecard: what we found, why it matters to your customers, and our honest verdict.
Review the proposed work
If paid work is worth considering, request a scoped quote. It should explain deliverables, exclusions, fees, payment terms and approval points. Ask about any item you cannot compare with the brief.
Decide what to take on
Review the scope with whoever approves the budget. The check does not commit you to a project. You can decide after seeing what is proposed and what it costs.
Approve the scope
Settle the written scope before work starts. Include access, ownership, handover and any support requirements. If the job changes later, its effect on price and timing needs discussion too.
Standard tools
We already own the licences a typical build needs, so you're not paying extra for standard tools.
For anything outside a typical build, ask for separate software or third-party charges to be named in the quote. The agreement should also explain any licence limits that matter at handover.
Ongoing maintenance is a separate choice
ZorasiCare (launching soon) is an optional monthly care plan for website maintenance. The free check creates no obligation to join. Ask about ZorasiCare pricing when planning what you need after launch.
Need a formal quote?
