About ZorasiDigital
Leo handles the website. Fiona runs the Meta ads.
Leo and Fiona co-founded ZorasiDigital in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Leo handles websites, SEO and technical work. Fiona runs the ads side, focused on Meta. The work looks beyond the first click to what happens on the site and after the enquiry.

The people behind the work
A website concern and an ads concern can look alike from the owner's side: people visit, but the next step is unclear.

Look at what happens after the click
Someone taps an ad, waits for the page, asks a question and gets a reply. Each step raises a different question. More clicks won't make a broken WhatsApp button work.
If people ask the price and disappear, the enquiry count alone doesn't explain why. The offer, website and reply all deserve a look.
You can start by describing what you've noticed. You don't need to decide whether the problem belongs to the website or the ads before getting in touch.
Leo's background
Leo has been a web developer since around 1999–2000. His work includes WordPress, Rails, Laravel, JavaScript and SEO.
He spent years as a support agent at FooPlugins, a WordPress plugin company. That experience involved troubleshooting problems on working websites.
From 2018 to 2020, he helped grow the Martech Wise Facebook group as a moderator.
The agency began in 2016 as a web agency and later moved into performance marketing. Website work and advertising remain part of what it does.
Two founders, supported by freelancers
Freelancers support project work. Larger builds may also involve Reza's partner team in Bangladesh. They are a partner team, not our employees.
Leo and Fiona handle problems themselves and reply to emergencies within 8 working hours, usually much sooner. The How we work page explains that responsibility and the questions to settle about scope, approvals and handover.
If your business needs formal support commitments or procurement review, raise those needs before agreeing to work. They should be addressed in the written scope.
