How we work
Know what happens before the work starts
You should know what work is proposed, who is involved and where your approval is needed. Start with the problem, then review a written scope. Bring your team's requirements before making a commitment.
From the first check to the build
You don't need to name the technical cause. Tell us what customers see and what you need to change.
Discover: start with the check
Send your website link. Within 2 working days, we WhatsApp you a short scorecard: what we found, why it matters to your customers, and our honest verdict. Repair instructions and detailed plans are paid work.
Blueprint: agree the work in writing
The Blueprint is the written scope to review before building starts. It should say what is included, what is outside the scope, what you need to supply and where approval is required. Use it to settle questions with your team.
Build or fix: know who is involved
Leo handles websites, SEO and technical work. Fiona co-founded the agency with Leo and runs the Meta ads side. Freelancers support project work. Larger builds may involve Reza's partner team in Bangladesh. They are a partner team, not employees.
Agree the review points
The scope should identify where your team reviews the work. Include the people who need to approve content, functions or launch so those responsibilities are clear.
Use each review to compare the work with the agreed scope and raise questions. If a new request changes the job, discuss its effect on price and timing before adding it.
A small visible change can involve more work behind the page. A written decision helps both sides understand what has changed and what still belongs to the original scope.
Standard tools
We already own the licences a typical build needs, so you're not paying extra for standard tools.
Settle access, ownership and handover
Before signing, ask the agreement to explain access to the website, domain and hosting. It should also address ownership of the agreed work and any limits that apply to third-party software.
Handover needs the same clarity. What would you receive if another provider took over? Which accounts would you control? Settle these questions before launch.
If an IT or procurement team needs particular terms, bring them into the discussion early.
How fast we reply when something breaks
We reply to emergencies within 8 working hours, usually much sooner. Contact us on WhatsApp or phone at +60 16-233 0885, or email hello@zorasidigital.com. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm.
Need a guaranteed response time? That comes with a paid support plan. If your business needs one, raise it before signing so it goes into the written scope.
Need a formal process for procurement?
Send your brief, approval requirements and support needs. Request a scoped quote so your team can review the proposed work, responsibilities and commercial terms together.
Plan for care after launch
ZorasiCare (launching soon) handles ongoing maintenance through an optional monthly care plan. The free check creates no obligation to join. Discuss the handoff when deciding what you need after launch.
Start with the problem you can see
Send a link for the free check, or bring a brief for a scoped quote.
