The free check and paid work
The free check is a starting point for understanding a website or ads concern. Detailed plans and implementation are paid work. Agree the project terms in writing before work starts.
Requesting a check
Send the website link you want us to review, choose a website or ad check and provide contact details. Don't send passwords or private customer records.
Within 2 working days, we WhatsApp you a short scorecard: what we found, why it matters to your customers, and our honest verdict.
What the check covers
The scorecard explains what appears wrong and why it matters to customers.
For the ad check, we look at the page your ads send people to and whether your tracking records enquiries.
The verdict is fix it, rebuild it, move it to ZorasiCare or leave it, it's fine. For ads, the recommended next step may concern tracking, replies or the ads themselves.
Paid work
The check is free and does not commit you to buying work. Detailed reviews, plans, repairs, rebuilds, SEO and advertising work need an agreed scope and quote.
Before paid work starts, agree the deliverables, fees in RM, payment terms, approvals and timing. Include access, ownership, handover and any support commitments in the written agreement.
Optional care
ZorasiCare is an optional monthly care plan for ongoing website maintenance. The free check creates no obligation to join. Ask about ZorasiCare's service details and pricing on WhatsApp.
ZorasiCare Rescue is a separate, one-time service for hacked or broken sites.
